JoAnna Kotrba is an owner and agent of Schouten Insurance Agency. She graduated from Purdue University with a focus in Retail Management and Organizational Leadership. Since then, she has excelled in management roles within retail, dental, and insurance industries. JoAnna and Doug opened their agency in 2020 with the goal to be an educational, service-focused resource to their local community; qualities that, based on their personal experiences, were lacking within the insurance industry.
JoAnna’s favorite part of the job is working with first-time homebuyers. Buying a home is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and the excitement is always contagious! She loves explaining the ins and outs of a homeowners insurance policy to eager ears, and can’t help but share tips and tricks from her own experience with the process.
